Mount Rainier above a Douglas fir treeline under a wide pale dusk sky A line of customers waits with their backs to the camera on a closed street, facing the open serving window of the Fil Up! trailer. The trailer wrap carries the Fil Up! name, a gold sunburst, palm silhouettes, and a circle of red, blue, and white wings. An A-frame menu board stands at the right of the frame, and a dog on a leash is partway down the line.

Host us

Your lot.
Our kitchen.

You already have the people. We bring something for them to line up for (at no cost to you).

What hosting us actually involves

Not much. We arrive self-contained, we sell to your visitors, and we leave the space the way we found it. You don’t pay us, your guests do.

Space

8′ wide x 16′ long trailer (about 10′ x 40′ with the truck in front), preferably on a firm, reasonably level surface. We can work tighter, just tell us what you have available.

Power

None needed. We run our own generator, and we will use your 50-amp hookup instead if you would rather we did not.

Waste

Ours leaves with us, grease included. Nothing goes in your dumpster unless you offer.

Setup

We work around your load-in. We can typically set up in about 45 minutes before doors, and we’re out inside 45 after.

Recurring slots are what we really want. The same night each week beats a one-off for both of us. Your visitors come back to your venue because we’re there, and we stop selling to a new crowd every time.
